30 DAY REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied we will be pleased to refund your purchase. Items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase for shoes that are in their original condition. This includes no signs of wear, no marks, original tags, original packaging, no damages or dirt.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Complete the return form and details of the refund. Your invoice needs to be included. Returned items purchased online can be sent to the below address:

Once the product is accepted back into our stock account, we will issue the refund. Refunds are processed to the payment method originally used to complete the order. Please note that funds can take up to 10 working days to be credited to your account. Kindly also tell us why you are returning your item(s) to help us to improve our service and products in the future. We endeavor to process postal return refunds/exchanges soon.
Sending costs for returns are not refunded by Duca del Cosma. We suggest you use a tracked service and please retain your proof of posting receipt until your refund has been processed. Duca Del Cosma cannot be held liable for products lost in transit and all items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse
FINAL SALE items from our CLEARANCE items are not eligible for free returns unless they are deemed to be faulty.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Unfortunately Duca Del Cosma does not have an exchange policy for products of different sizes, colours or ranges at this time. You will need to return your original item, and reorder the desired product.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?
Firstly, we apologise if this has happened. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the product free of charge or refund you the price of the product as required. Simply return the product to us with a proof of purchase.
In the event that an incorrect item has been delivered, or you believe your item to be faulty, or you have received a damaged parcel with missing items, please follow the returns process above indicating the reason for your return. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch to assist you.
WHAT IF DUCA DEL COSMA DOES NOT RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM?Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting receipt and keep this safe until your refund has been processed. Claims for lost returns will be refused if there is no receipt to prove that the item has been sent back to Duca Del Cosma.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A DUCA DEL COSMA RETAILER AND WISH TO RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?
If you purchased your item from a Duca Del Cosma retailer, either in store or via any website other than www.ducadelcosma.com the retailer’s own returns policy and warranty offer applies. Therefore, you must return the item to the retailer.
Returns of items bought on Amazon or eBay or other online web stores not owned by us can only be processed by the respective stores. The same policy applies to items bought in physical stores. We can only service purchases from our online webstore.
Failure to comply with the above terms means that we reserve the right to refuse your return. Should there be any issues with your returned items, you will be contacted via email.
