Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed via UPS. General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 2-5 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Packages ship from Georgia, unless otherwise stated. Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states. Our delivery charges are listed below. We have free shipping & returns on orders over $100.

If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. Express orders placed by 1:00p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Returns & Exchanges
Duca del Cosma allows free returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase on shoes that are in their original condition. This includes no signs of wear, no markings, original tags, original packaging + shoebox, no damage or dirt.

This site (ducadelcosma.us) is for purchases shipping to the United States. For international orders shipping outside the US, please click the flag in the upper right corner of our site and choose the language you would like to view the international site in. We have free shipping on orders over $100 and returns within the United States.
By Consumer Law, Duca del Cosma products have a six-month warranty. Product complaints outside of this six-month warranty period may in certain cases be covered by a factory warranty. The warranty period is initiated at the point of purchase.
The following complaints are not covered by the warranty: wear and tear of outsoles, uppers, heels and toes, rubbing off of colours/prints/material etc., wear to the insoles/lining due to excessive transpiration, broken zippers and other means of closures, in addition to complaints caused by incorrect usage of the product.
Duca del Cosma will not be liable to refund any of the above-mentioned cases.
In the event that you have a complaint regarding a product or service purchased from Duca del Cosma, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email a short description of your complaint, your order number and customer number, as well as images of the defective product if relevant. We will attempt to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund the price of the goods as required. Simply return the goods to us with a proof of purchase.
At Duca del Cosma, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased at full price if the item is discounted at a later date. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
Duca del Cosma Limited Waterproof Warranty
Duca del Cosma warrants that certain Duca del Cosma golf shoes purchased in the United States will be waterproof (up to 4 cm above tread) in normal use for one year (depending on the actual style purchased) from the date of original purchase, provided that the shoes have suffered no cuts, abrasions, or other damage and have not been subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse or other mistreatment.
Should leakage develop within the applicable Limited Warranty period, Duca del Cosma will issue credit for such shoes as follows: if shoes are returned during the first year of any warranty period, Duca del Cosma will replace the shoes with the same style or equivalent Duca del Cosma shoe.
